Every situation is an opportunity for development.

There are life challenges that have called me to evolve and connect to my body and my inner light, my power. Everything has an origin. I felt the freedom to choose to free myself and heal, body and soul.
The awakening of consciousness in me, made me become who I am now, leading to a change in relationship to my body, to nature, nutrition, spirituality, relationships, profession ...
We are souls free to choose the path of evolution that we feel, experience. Who we are in essence can be felt by people who recognize the vibration of the soul.

I love learning and transmitting. My holistic approach of the human being, the potential I see in creativity and working on one’s own emotions, symptoms and life’s experiences led me to become interested in various approaches, which now I practice.
Diagnoses and years of chornic pain had led me to become aware of my body’s signals. This opened me up to other possibilities and I began to connect with my light within me, my power. I am still learning from Life, and I am so grateful. I feel deeply that we all have a light in us and that we can choose to manifest it. Each one is unique and each one’s light is needed to make humanity shine. I have thus chosen to commit myself to accompany people who choose themselves and their evolution.
The accompaniments and animations that I propose are the result of my own concrete life experience, of the trainings I have done and of the challenges that have transformed me and led me to live the path of evolution that I choose to commit to.
